The opportunity
The Skaggs School of Pharmacy at CU Anschutz wanted to improve how they welcomed students entering the program. Their previous approach to gifting was time-consuming for staff and lacked the personal touch they envisioned. They needed a more impactful, on-brand solution that could also save time for their team.

The result was a custom welcome kit designed to delight new students while making fulfillment simple for the school’s staff.
- Each kit included a custom-branded mug, sticker, gold and black crinkle paper, candy, and a personalized card, all tied to the pharmacy theme.
- Club Colors implemented a stock-and-hold fulfillment model, storing kits in-house and shipping them as needed to designated locations.
This approach provided a turnkey solution that was both efficient and consistent, ensuring each student received a well-presented, branded package.
