Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming orders, coordinating with vendors and the sales teams, ensuring all orders arrive at the right place and right time. Additionally, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, collaborating with various departments within the organization to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

· Receive and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Work closely with vendors to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

· Collaborate with the sales team to address any customer inquiries or special requests related to orders.

· Coordinate with internal warehouse personnel to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.

· Monitor order status and proactively identify any potential issues or delays, taking appropriate actions to resolve them.

· Manage projects from start to finish, including coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.

· Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and warehouse teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project objectives.

· Provide regular updates to management on project progress, milestones, and any relevant updates or changes.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline order fulfillment and project management processes.

· Must possess strong attention to detail and be proficient in organizing multiple projects and orders simultaneously.

Ideal Candidate Profile

0 - 3 years’ experience in purchasing or customer service

Efficiency in Microsoft Office or related suite

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Strong work ethic: creative and takes initiative and gets the job done

Promotional Industry experience a plus

Project Management experience a plus
