Job Description
As a Benefits and Payroll Administrator at Club Colors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of payroll and benefits processes. Your responsibilities will include managing payroll processes, administering employee benefits programs, and supporting HR initiatives that contribute to our organization's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing:
- Accurately process and maintain employee payroll, including calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state payroll regulations.
- Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other ancillary benefits.
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions and concerns.
- Facilitate the enrollment and termination processes for employees in benefit programs.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports, filings, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity.
- Handle employee documentation related to payroll and benefits, such as W-4 forms, direct deposit authorizations, and benefits enrollment forms.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the management team to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- This includes posting job ads, adding incoming applicants in the applicating tracking system, encourage completion of company survey and phone screens.
- Work closely with finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll and benefits expenses.

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
