We are seeking a dynamic and creative Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify shops to drive sales and provide an engaging, updated platform for our clients. This role requires a blend of marketing, merchandising, graphic design, and e-commerce expertise to enhance our online presence and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our corporate and collegiate customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve Conversions: Develop and execute strategies aimed at improving conversion rates by 25% or more on our over 100 Shopify shops.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze key metrics of online traffic, particularly on the Shopify platform, to create strategic plans aimed at increasing conversions, average cart     values, and overall user experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve conversion rates and overall sales.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC.
  • Merchandise Trends: Stay up-to-date with merchandise trends to assist in developing merchandise strategies for future rollouts.
  • Visual Design: Design and create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials (e.g.,  banners, flyers, videos) to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Merchandising Process: Lead the merchandising process, including product selection, pricing, and presentation, to ensure a cohesive and attractive product assortment
  • Customer Engagement: Manage promotions, discounts, and special offers to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Client Coordination: Coordinate with the corporate and collegiate sales teams to understand client needs and tailor the e-commerce experience accordingly.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain an uncompromising eye for detail, ensuring the quality of the store’s look, feel, and ease of use.
  • Platform Transformation: Demonstrate success in transforming existing platforms into highly  immersive, experience-first revenue channels.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on Shopify.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the promotional branding industry.
  • Familiarity with collegiate and corporate branding requirements.
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles and best practices.

Working Conditions:

Office-based work environment.

Occasional travel may be required to attend industry events, tradeshows, or supplier meetings.
