Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the design and execution of email marketing and e-commerce campaigns. This role focuses on driving special promotions, with a goal of increasing web sales by 10%, and supporting the sales team by providing tools and materials to boost their effectiveness and close more deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
· Design, manage, and execute email marketingcampaigns to nurture leads, increase engagement, and boost sales.
· Optimize campaigns for performance, includingsegmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
· Drive measurable results by generating anaverage of 30 qualified inbound leads per week through effective emailstrategies.
E-Commerce Marketing:
· Oversee the design and execution of marketingstrategies for over 100 Shopify shops.
· Develop and implement promotions, discounts, andspecial offers to drive sales, aiming for a 10% increase in web sales.
Sales Enablement:
· Collaborate with the sales team to identifytheir needs and create sales enablement materials, including presentations,flyers, and digital assets.
· Provide training and resources to help the salesteam effectively utilize marketing campaigns, tools, and insights to close moredeals.
· Ensure that marketing strategies align withsales objectives and actively support their goals.
Campaign Development:
· Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and PPC, to support e-commerce and lead generation efforts.
· Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional materials such as banners, flyers, and email graphics.
Analytics and Reporting:
· Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-driven decisions.
· Provide regular reports on campaign performanceand e-commerce metrics to guide strategy and measure success.
Creative and Merchandising:
· Stay current with merchandise trends to developfuture product offerings and ensure an engaging customer experience.
· Assist in product selection, pricing, and visualpresentation across e-commerce platforms.
Collaboration:
· Partner with corporate and collegiate sales teams to align digital marketing initiatives with client needs and business goals.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· Proven experience in designing and executing email and e-commerce marketing campaigns.
· Proficiency in tools such as Active Campaign, Shopify, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Strong analytical skills with a focus ondata-driven decision-making.
· Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able tomanage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in the promotional branding industryor with collegiate and corporate branding.
· Knowledge of AI tools and advanced automation indigital marketing.
